Yuusai Yagyu (柳生 ユウサイ, Yūsai Yagū) is a founding member and battalion commander of the Izanagi Force. He is also Ginchiyo Yagyu's grandfather and a relative to Yujin Yagyu.

Yuusai Yagyu has light coloured unkept long hair parted in the middle and a goatee. His face has a cross-shaped scar on his left cheek.
