The Izanagi Force are tasked with the elimination of mononoke, those who fight them wield swords and are called samurai. A fundamental necessity of samurai is to have a certain level of supernatural energy, as using it is the only way to kill a mononoke.
Members[]
Samurai in the Izanagi Force are placed in a three tier system. The lowest tier "Samurai Cadet" holds the largest number of people. The second tier is "Samurai Trooper", where there a less members but they're more skilled. The highest tier is "Samurai Officer" where a select few of their strongest members are. Your placement in the tiers is dependant on your supernatural energy level, physical abilities and skills. It is also dependant on the number of mononoke you kill, allowing you to move up tiers. The higher your rank the more authority and wages you get.
