Hanzo Miyamoto (宮本ハンゾウ, Miyamoto Hanzō) is the man who unleased all the mononoke into the human world with his jutsu.[2] He was the senior acolyte of Goki Tsukahara's former master.[1]

Hanzo is a tall man who wears black robes and a black kimono. His most notable feature is his face which is wrapped in black bandages with no face visible. He bandages also lead to a long ponytail-like hairstyle at the back of his head.
50 years ago he had long hair tied back in a pony which has 3 notable locks of hair, he also has one long lock of hair at the front on the right side.
Personality[]
Hanzo was a man who believed he was destined for greatness. When he discovered Goki was chosen as the heir, he became angered enough to use forbidden arts, leading to the deaths of many innocent lives.
History[]
About 50 years ago, Hanzo and Goki Tsukahara trained under the same master, with Goki unable to beat Hanzo whilst sparring. When Goki was chosen as the heir of the Izanagi lineage, Hanzo was furious as he felt he was better suited for the position.
Hanzo would later use a forbidden technique that would allow mononoke to appear in the human world. This is due to a jutsu he made which allowed mononoke to travel across worlds.
Plot[]
Hanzo was first seen in the story summoning Dosan into the human world. He told him to cause as much chaos as he likes, even Dosan was confused about his behaviour.

Katana: Hanzo is shown to wear a katana on his side, similar to the samurai of the Izanagi Force.[3]
Powers & Abilities[]
Overall Abilities: Hanzo was the senior acolyte of Goki Tsukahara's former master and is stated to be the strongest swordsman the latter has ever known. Goki, a master swordsman whose skill with a blade far surpasses that of all the samurai officers, states that he has never beaten Hanzo once in a duel.[1]
Master Swordsman: Goki Tsukahara, the founder and admiral of the Izanagi Force, states that Hanzo's mastery in swordsmanship is greater than his own.[1]
Mononoke Summoning: Hanzo has displayed the ability to summon various different mononoke, including Dosan. He's shown to be able to do this with the use of gates covered in tags. Hanzo was also the person who caused mononoke to enter the human world in the first place.
Forbidden Technique Spiritual Power Plunder: Hanzo is able to absorb the spiritual power of a mononoke, able to completely suck in an entire mononoke and take it's power. Hanzo used this to absorb the immortal mononoke, Nobunaga. Absorbing Nobunaga also lead to Hanzo's appearance changing, fusing the two together.
Izanagi Style Secret Technique Eagle Fan: A two sword slash that creates a devastating blast in front of him.
Supernatural Blade Techniques[]
Merged Humanoke Blade: Hanzo coats his sword in supernatural energy and slashes. This move was used to removed the seal on Nobunaga.
Divine Aid Isoname: Hanzo gained this technique after absorbing the supernatural energy from Namishiro and his sword. This technique watches the users back and attacks any foes that approaches.
